Women’s Worth in Islam

….Islamic member countries of the time, such as Egypt, Iran, Syria, and Saudi Arabia are signatories to the above declaration condemning the barbaric practices of apartheid. Yet, these same countries, as well as other Islamic nations, are the most blatant violators of the declaration.

It is the discriminatory Islamic teachings that condone and even promote wanton practices in violation of the United Nations declaration. Islam is a primitive barbaric ideology for the benefit of the male believer.

Islam, by fiat, discriminates against women. Qur’an 4:11 “Allah directs you in regard of your Children’s (inheritance): to the male, a portion equal to that of two females…. These are settled portions ordained by Allah.”

There are many more “directives” that for all intents and purposes make women chattel of men. Here are some of the shameful rules and practices of Islamic misogyny.

Women are inferior to men:
“Men have authority over women because God has made the one superior to the other, and because they spend their wealth to maintain them. Good women are obedient. They guard their unseen parts because God has guarded them. As for those whom you fear disobedience, admonish them and send them to beds apart and beat them. Then if they obey you, take no further action against them. Surely God is most high. Qur’an 4:34

Women are worth half the value of a man:
“Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: The Prophet said, “Isn’t the witness of a women equal to half that of a man?” The women said “yes”. He said “This is because of the deficiency of the women’s mind.” Sahih Bukhari 3:48:82

Women are sex slaves:
“And now, people, you acquire certain rights over your wives, and they do you. The right you acquire over them is that they should not let someone you hate sleep in your beds, and not to commit a manifest obscenity [or adultery]. If they do [commit it], then God has given you permission to leave them alone in their beds and give them a beating, though not too hard. If they give over, they get their provision and clothing with kindness; I command you good-will for your wives, for they are your captives that do not own anything of their own. You have taken them by the faithfulness of God, and made their sexual organs lawful for you by the words of God.” Ibn Hisham, al-Sira al-nabawiyya (Cairo, 1963), 4:251.

Women are Toys:
“Omar [one of the Khalifs] was once talking when his wife interjected, so he said to her: ‘You are a toy, if you are needed we will call you.” Al-Musanaf Vol. 1 Part 2, p. 263

 

Women are Weak:
Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet had a Had (a camel driver) called Anjasha, and he had a nice voice. The Prophet said to him, “(Drive) slowly, O Anjasha! Do not break the glass vessels!” And Qatada said, “(By vessels’) he meant the weak women.” Sahih Bukhari 8:73:230, See also: Sahih Bukhari 8:73:228 & Sahih Bukhari 8:73:229

Women are a Tilth for Men to Cultivate:
“Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or how ye will; but do some good act for your souls beforehand; and fear Allah. And know that ye are to meet Him (in the Hereafter), and give (these) good tidings to those who believe.” Qur’an 2:223

Women are Like Devils
Jabir reported that Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) saw a woman, and so he came to his wife, Zainab, as she was tanning a leather and had sexual intercourse with her. He then went to his Companions and told them: The woman advances and retires in the shape of a devil, so when one of you sees a woman, he should come to his wife, for that will repel what he feels in his heart. Sahih Muslim 8:3240

Woman are Evil Omen:
Narrated ‘Abdullah bin ‘Umar: I heard the Prophet saying. “Evil omen is in three things: The horse, the woman and the house.” Sahih Bukhari 4:52:110….

62% of Turkish Men Support Wife Beating

Just following the example of Mohammed.

In entirely unrelated news, Turkey’s murder rate for women increased 1400% as the Islamist AKP party solidified its group on the formerly secular nation.

Islam has a notoriously progressive attitude toward women with Mohammed declaring that most of those in hell are women. And as Turkey has drifted closer to Islam, the treatment of women has grown uglier.

A survey of 3500 Turkish men conducted by the University of Kirikkale and the organisation “Happy Children” prove what is anyway a truism in Turkey: of course most Turkish men consider violence against women to be completely normal, sensible and practical.

28 per cent of those polled thought violence against spouses to be indispensable: it was needed to discipline them. 34 per cent were more moderate and thought violence against spouses was only “necessary” “occasionally”.

Wife-beating is part of Islamic law with specific instructions how and when to do it. There are Muslim wife beating manuals and clerics constantly lecturing on the right way to beat your wife. And all of it is there in the Koran and the Hadiths…..

Free Speech Under Fire in Canada

….The police also told the rabbi that Jason Kenney, Canada’s Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, has been asked to keep me out of Canada. They are trying to ban me fresh on the heels of an Islamic attack targeting the passenger train between New York and Toronto. Does this make any sense to any of you?

 

So the police are kowtowing to the Islamic groups, who are demanding that the government do so as well, and the rabbi is kowtowing to the police to insure his York chaplaincy.

 

Meanwhile, the convicted terrorist and airline hijacker Leila Khaled, who is known as the “poster girl of Palestinian militancy,” is scheduled to speak at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Khaled has been convicted of terrorism for participating in airline hijackings for the Palestinian Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), a terrorist group. She is scheduled to speak via Skype this Saturday, May 4, at a conference hosted by a group supporting the Palestinian jihad.

 

Frank Dimant, CEO of B’nai Brith Canada, declared: “Allowing Leila Khaled, a convicted terrorist, a platform at a UBC affiliated event is absurd. Her presence, even if only by video, adds to the real risk of students being influenced by radical ideologies, especially at a time when home-grown Canadian terrorism is a major concern. Given recent events such as the arrest of two individuals in connection to a plot to bomb a Via-Rail train, the horrific Boston Marathon attacks and the continuing investigation into the radicalization of youths from London, it is the responsibility of the university, as well as every Canadian, to speak out when it comes to security and safety.”

 

One would think that the Boston bombings would have been a club to the head of politically correct denial of jihad. But the political and media elites are digging in their heels on the flesh and bone of dead Americans.

 

These savages speak whenever and wherever they want, but challenge the big lies and the manufactured myths and you are in for a world of pain. No matter what prism you see these events through, this is the Sharia. This is the imposition of the blasphemy laws under the Sharia. Are you going to stand by while our most basic, fundamental freedoms are silently seized and destroyed?

Barbarism in the birthplace of Islam: Eye Gouging and Paralyzing: Saudi Arabia’s Tribal Justice

A Saudi court ordered Ali al-Khawahir, a 24-year-old Saudi citizen, to be surgically paralyzed as punishment for a crime he committed as a 14-year-old, that had left his victim paralyzed. The Western media has described the court’s ruling as an “eye for an eye punishment.”

According to reports in the Saudi Gazette, Khawahir stabbed a childhood friend in the spine during an argument ten years ago. The punishment, as decided by the Sharia courts, is similar to other methods used to administer justice, including beheading, flogging, stoning to death and eye gouging.

This arrangement is the product of the religious and tribal structure upon which Saudi Arabia’s system of justice and law enforcement is based. Although Saudi Arabia is a theocracy in which the ruler is responsible for applying Islamic law, the actual system of justice revolves around a nexus of power and money, a structure that protects the tribal and religious values that keep Saudi Arabia firmly in the control of the House of Saud.

In 1971, the judicial system was revised — a move that consolidated the power of those at the top. Power-holders across the country were tasked with appointing a number of quasi-judicial bodies to deal with administrative and economic disputes. With no legislative authority, however, these courts required the clerics to sanction their existence. For this very purpose, the clerics set up the Institute for Religio-Legal Opinions.

The Institute has its own enforcers, known as the Mutawayyin – The Committee for the Exhortation to Good and Interdiction to Evil – who ensure that Islamic values are implemented. The Committee’s most notable moment occurred in 2002, when its members prevented young girls from leaving a burning building because they were not wearing headscarves; at least fourteen of the girls were burned to death.

Crucially, Sharia Law, applied in both the criminal and civil courts, is not codified. With no precedence or structure, except for half-a-dozen defined crimes, Saudi judges, all of whom are Wahhabi clerics, are free to implement punishments in accordance with their own beliefs.

In many ways, the system is feudal. As in medieval Europe, a blood-money payment to the victim’s family is evidently often permissible in lieu of legal retribution – an alternative to punishment presumably designed to prevent bad blood between different communities or tribes. In the case of Ali al-Khawahir, the price of avoiding paralysis is one million Saudi riyals ($266,000) – a price the family cannot afford.

Money, it seems, is the ultimate guarantor, facilitating both power and compromise. In 1982, Ghazi Algosaibi, the Western-educated Saudi Minister for Industry, proclaimed that the man who takes bribes is “active and intelligent, usually enjoying the respect of others.”

As some families are able to afford such financial redress, for those with wealth or influence, therefore, certain crimes are alluring and unconstrained modes of behavior. More often than not, those who can afford to pay blood-money are clerics or members of the 3000-strong royal family. Recently, for example, in Saudi Arabia a “celebrity” cleric raped and murdered his 5-year-old daughter, but was released after he paid the prescribed blood money to the child’s mother. The King, however, after a public outcry, ultimately overruled the court and placed the cleric back in prison.

Under such a system, however, not only can rich males can buy their way out of the judicial system, butaccording to one Saudi human rights group, the law rules that a father cannot be executed for murdering his children, and husbands cannot be executed for killing their wives.

Any discussion of inequality before the law however, is futile. Saudi’s justice seems designed solely to protect the power-holders. The legitimacy of the justice system, almost entirely based on Sharia law, is guaranteed by the Wahhabi clerics, who are rewarded with authority by the royal family….

Steve Emerson just said on Hannity that a senior official in the agency that is conduction the deportation that Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi, the Saudi national who was detained in the wake of the Boston Marathon bombings and then was declared a “witness, not a suspect” after his home was searched, is going to be deported next Tuesday on national security grounds.

Why deported and not prosecuted? To keep our “allies” the Saudis happy. After all, Al-Harbi has numerous jihad terror connections, as well as friends in high places.

Was this the deal that was worked out between John Kerry and the Saudis at their meeting yesterday that was suddenly closed to the press?
